I graduated in 2010 after completing a BS in Legal Studies. With the exception of one class/professor, my academic experience was great. Teachers were there to assist anytime I needed it. The only issue was with a professor of political philosophy….let’s... Read More just say we didn’t have the same philosophy and my grades show. Since returning to school as an adult and completing the BS and later a masters (at Salve Regina), I have had a 3.8 gpa. This one class I had a D- . The only real issue that I would say Post needs to fix is the financial aid office. Like many of the other reviews, it needs work. Everything worked out, it was just a struggle. One example I can give was that I needed transcripts. I couldn’t get them because I had a balance. The financial aid office could see in the computer the money was in transit and would be received the next day. I owed nothing out of pocket They still wouldn’t sign for me to order the transcripts.. I recently toured the campus with my daughter. She will be attending next year as a freshman. My degree here has helped me get into a great school (Salve Regina) for a masters degree My income has doubled since graduating and I have jobs I love. A degree from Post will help you, it is not a scam as some say. (Income not affected by masters) Would I recommend to you? I’m letting my daughter attend next year. (She looked at UConn(WTBY), Quinnipiac, and Post. She loved the campus and chose Post. It worked for me and I’m sure it will work for her.

I have a year and a half left before graduating. I think, my date has changed a couple of times already. The staff at Post University is great when it comes to the academic advisors and instructors. Financial Aid is a different story. They are rude and... Read More do not help you. When your financial aid runs out, they don't tell you anything until it's too late. They then expect you to pay out of pocket but loads of money or not register you for classes. I loved this school up until this point. Classes are a little high for the education you receive. Look around before just settling for a college with online courses. You can receive a great education without broken pockets each month. Communication is key to many things in life and Post University's department of Financial Aid has not comprehended how this works. Nor do they have the compassion when you can not just pay large amounts of money right when they want it. Hope this helps someone in the future.
