Current RNs with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) can transfer up to 71 credits and finish the program in 18 months. In the 100% online BSN program, students gain a better understanding of the ethical, political, economic, and social... issues that affect patients and healthcare delivery. They also develop the skills to pursue careers as case managers, staff nurses, nurse managers, charge nurses, and more.

Pacific College students use Zoom and Moodle to meet with teachers and work through learning modules. Students can access loans, grants, and scholarships to offset the cost of their education. The school also offers special tuition assistance programs and experience-based credits to members of the military. After completing their degree, students can work with the Career Placement Department to find positions in several counties in California. In California, RNs with BSNs earn $18,000 more annually than RNs with ADNs, and nationally, the average salary for an RN with a BSN is $94,000 per year.
