I found Wayland Baptist University to be the ideal fit for me as a non-traditional student. As a single parent working full time I had very little time left for myself. Having the option to take online classes allowed me the flexibility to pursue my degree... Read More without taking time away from my children while dashing across town to be in time for class. The instructors at Wayland all seemed to be experienced in delivering effective course content online and each of them seemed fully engaged with their students and classes. I found the course work to be challenging in a way that caused me to expand my understanding of my area of business. Not only did I earn a degree but I learned theories and skills that I was able to apply to real life situations. As a result, my own job performance improved and I have become a mentor for other managers at my institution. I strongly recommend Wayland Baptist University for any non-traditional students as it is a place that values your life experiences and provides the flexibility for you to have a life outside of school.
