Fantastic experience. I can't say enough good things about this program and the faculty. Administration could be slow at times but I was always able to get any issue taken care of in the end. Faculty was very supportive and very knowledgeable. One professor who taught an entrepreneurship class was really great. The commitment that UMass has made to education and access has really paid off in my opinion. This is the best value for a highly regarded university I know of. The great reputation and great... UMass Amherst was an amazing experience. I obtained my degree online, but I never felt like I was cheated at all out of a great education. I feel like I received an amazing education and was supported all the way to the end. There was always someone there to help me either over the phone or through email. The teachers and other students were wonderful to work with and I feel the education that I received has prepared me for my journey through grad school and gave me the tools that I need to be successful.... First, the positives, the program chairperson was an unusually kind and thoughtful man; however, it appeared he had created neither quality nor consistency standards for the other instructors nor reviewed their work or qualifications....
