  • Send a copy of your government-issued driver’s license.
  • International applicants must also submit an official report from an Approved Educational Credential Evaluator and TOEFL results.

Additionally, prospective students interested in USSA’s online master’s and doctoral programs must submit an online application form, personal statement, photo ID, and qualifying essay (for doctoral applicants).
