The actual program and professors were fantastic, dealing with financial aid and communication within departments is abysmal. I have had enormous difficulty in getting through to financial aid to approve my loan for the year and I was supposed to receive a 4 term scholarship, but they did not communicate details to me and I am not going to be able to receive the last term of my scholarship for reasons that I was not aware of up front. This school has a great program to advance to the Masters in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I had attended another college prior to Union. It did not have the program I needed to advance to. I was advised by a friend to apply and I am very impressed with the degree programs.
