Degree: RN to BSN

The cost and the flexibility of the courses are extremely over stated. You will not be able to complete the program for less than $15000 even though it states $9361. You also cannot take the courses when you are ready. They apparently don't have enough instructors so the classes aren't available every semester. The price and time to complete the degree are very misleading.

Degree: RN to BSN

I returned to college after working as an RN over a decade. I chose UT Tyler for the online platform and affordable cost. I greatly enjoyed the 100% online RN-BSN program!! Canvas was a breeze to use and the classes were well organized and the instructors were very knowledgeable and kept students informed. I loved my experience so much that I’m now in graduate school at UT Tyler. Good possibility I’ll look to fulfill my degree at the doctorate level as well, the instructors are just that fanatastic!... Degree: Nursing

I enjoyed the BSN program at UT Tyler because it was convenient. The classes were online and Canvas was easy to navigate. I am a full time working nurse and mom and believe the assignments gave me time to balance my responsibilities. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to emails. I will start my MSN program in 2018.

Degree: RN to BSN

The University of Texas at Tyler has a high success rate with a student-to-faculty ratio that encourages learning on a personal level. The instructors I have had so far are timely in their feedback and very helpful when you need them, but you should not expect an immediate response. I have found the online approach to learning to be very usable and accessible.
