Yes, TAMUC offers a variety of online degrees. In an online class at TAMUC, the teaching faculty delivers course materials and activities through the learning management system D2L Brightspace. Online students can access their courses — delivered asynchronously (no set class time) and synchronously (scheduled class time) — on a desktop or a mobile app. In addition, online students can get IT support, an online library, and a bookstore to get the resources they need to succeed in an online undergraduate degree program.

Respected online colleges and universities prove their legitimacy by earning accreditation. Institutions with accreditation meet the standard educational requirements to award degrees and certificates. 

TAMUC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, master’s and doctorate degrees, and certificates.

College Scorecard reports that TAMUC’s acceptance rate is 60%, which is about average. While TAMUC is a test-optional institution, it still considers the scores from college entrance exams, like the ACT and SAT, during the application process. Undergraduate students admitted into TAMUC typically had an SAT critical reading score between 480 and 580, an SAT math score between 475 and 570, and an ACT compositional score of 17 to 23.

To be admitted into an online undergraduate degree program at this school, prospective students must complete TAMUC's admission process:
