The first thing to say about this program is it’s not a clinical program which means if you do not wish to pursue the PhD program you are screwed. No option for licensure. No, you can’t even get licensed for Registered Mental Health Intern. When I checked with the board they pretty much told me to do my Masters all over again. No real direction, once you are accepted no one from admissions or career services reaches out. Additionally, you never know who to contact. Your professors will tell you this... Read More

I have had no issues with Nova. My academic advisor was the best from day 1. She followed up in a timely manner to all calls and emails. Professors were professional. All of their contact information including office , home, and cell numbers. Only one professor posed a problem but for the most part, everything was good.

I feel I wasted money here and transferred to new university after two semesters of bad technical issues very expensive school to have so many problems

I completed all course work in the program. When I went to write my dissertation. When he did finally reply to my second request for communication, he basically told me to go away. I was not supported by the Dean, who took 9 weeks and two messages to reply, or by the Vice President of Student Affairs, who promised to get back to me after his investigation, but never did. The faculty member did not follow the rules as they were described in the Dissertation Guide or the Graduate Catalog and no one... Read More
