As an online-only student, I did not visit the campus often, but I feel like I received an excellent education. The online classes were just as challenging and informative as on-campus classes (sometimes much more challenging...in a good way) and, as a shy person, I felt able to communicate and interact in ways that wouldn't have been possible in a face-to-face setting.

Because I am a single mother, I needed online classes but could not afford most online colleges. Because I live so close to ETSU I was awarded in-state tuition so that saved me a lot on tuition. I chose online classes even though it costs an average of $225 more per semester because I would pay more than that in gas driving to and from campus twice a week.
