The campus is beautiful and Fort Collins is a fun town. With all the free recreation with the mountains and lakes and cute downtown, you can find something to do without spending a fortune. The professors I encountered at CSU were extremely knowledgeable. CSU is a research-focused school and it showed with how current professors were with the latest knowledge in their respective fields. I was in the CSU-Online Plus program. This is a great program for individuals who can't make it on-campus courses but still want a degree where you gain an in-depth knowledge of your chosen degree. I felt that I received a broad choice of topics in psychology to take courses in and some of the courses were fantastic. I loved my Forensic and Abnormal Psychology courses. CSU was an absolutely amazing experience. The professors were kind, caring and helpful. Since the program was about education, the entire experience was about how to do it well. From the course outlines to the syllabi, everything worked together to give me an incredible education. I made life-long friends and still stay in touch with professors.
