CityU is a private university. This means it generates its funding through tuition and endowments from private donors or other outside organizations. As a private university that's also a nonprofit, this funding goes back into its academic programs and other internal costs.

The highest earning degree at CityU is the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, where students can earn a median annual salary of ~$55,700, according to College Scorecard. The second highest earning degree is the Bachelor of Science in General Studies, with an expected salary of ~$45,900.

The best way to determine how difficult CityU is to get into is by looking at its acceptance rate. Data from College Scorecard shows it with a 100% acceptance rate. This means that it has an open admissions policy where all students who apply are accepted. 

The application process at CityU is fairly simple and does not include general education GPA requirements. However, transfer students must have 2.0 GPA from the previous college they attended. In order to apply to college at CityU, first-year applicants must complete the following steps:

• Fill out CityU's online application for undergraduate students.
• Pay the nonrefundable $50 application fee. 
• Provide high school and/or college transcripts.

Certain programs may have additional admissions requirements, such as the Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, where students are asked to submit a professional resume, personal essay, and a description of how they'll manage their coursework load.
