Degree: Hospitality Management

When I enrolled, I thought I was going for the Medical Assistant class. After few months I realized that they had signed me up for the Hospital Administration Course. I figured, why not since I was thinking of leaving bedside nursing and being a CNA and having to endure a burnout phase for a 2nd time, I thought, desk work will do me good. I didn't realize later that this HUC course which was given and train by my hospital is for free for all CNA. This course with the college cost me $19000 and I... Read More

Degree: Pharmacy Technician

I wanted to pursue a career in Pharm Tech and signed up online to receive newsletters. Within a day, a Charter College recruiter called me and made me sign papers of enrollment instantly! He hardly broke down the overall cost, which is a hefty price of $23,100! For a certificate? I know local community colleges that charge one tenth of that price. I would not give them another second of my time and emailed my unenrollment. They had no regard of the price and didn't have me speak with a financial... Read More

Degree: Business Administration

I don't recommend charter college at all. I wish I never attended that school. I never got the help I needed and when I did the instructors were annoyed. I was also promised after graduation that they would help me with a career which I never received.

Degree: Dental Assistant

I graduated from charter in 2015. It took me about two weeks to find a great job I always wanted. I think I did the best investment ever. Teachers were very helpful and always gave me the right advise. I only have a comment though, the registrar made a mistake and mistyped my name, I had to get it corrected but that is the only problem I have had. I highly recommend !!!

Degree: Healthcare Administration

When you begin in the advising process they are very helpful in explaining all avenues of what will be expected, describing courses and everything you will need to be successful. They inform you of everything you can do as a student to obtain possible grants to assist you financially. Also they congratulate you for making the choice to go back to school and give you a great deal of confidence in your choice.

Degree: Business

Charter College was proactive in helping me with anything that I had a problem with. When I failed a class they were right there asking what they could do better to help me succeed. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to answer. My degree made me the head Finance Officer for my City.

Degree: Software Engineering

First off, the credits ARE NOT transferrable. They say they are "nationally" accredited but that's just a fancy term that they use and it does not mean anything! The turn over rate for employees are so high, every time I went in, there was a new person! I even video chatted with someone online because there was no employees for advising. The offices are literally open for a few hours, and when you ask them when you finally see them, they say "I was out for lunch"...yeah for 4 hours? Also, they promise... Read More

I recently called my campus asking for tutoring which has been promised to me since the day I signed up. The man that answered simply told me there is NO tutoring available for any of the classes in their Bachelor program. Not even for general education classes. PLEASE stop advertising that you provide tutoring. Its misleading and immoral to do so. I am earning my bachelors degree off of youtube and google while you guys collect my money. I'm rarely a disgruntled person and I really hate leaving... Read More

Degree: Paralegal

The Paralegal program is a joke! I graduated with a 4.0 and felt so good about that! I got a job in my field (not with help from school) but through people I knew. That job lasted one month because what I "learned" during school did not prepare me for the real world position! What I spent $20,000 for I could have learned by checking out books from the library or watching online videos. Of all the instructors I had, only one seemed to know what she was talking about and was actively engaged in our... Read More
