This is important, because a Masters level certificate/degree can be required for certain college faculty positions - I hope to be able to teach in the field, perhaps for a college or university with an on-site brewery or brewpub. I also hope to expand somewhere down the line into operating my own distillery or brewstillery after getting some experience in that area.
