Wilkes University

I appreciated that Wilkes University recognized that I was a working parent who was also working toward a Master's Degree. I liked that I could take online classes and classes at satellite locations so that I didn't have to travel too far from home! The classes were very helpful to my area of study.

I loved my experience at Wilkes! The professors were knowledgeable and helpful and the class sizes were small and personal

I liked the online classes because they made it easy for me to complete school from home while working full-time. The professors were all very helpful and approachable regarding any questions.

So far, no cons. The professors are wonderful and I feel like I talk more with other students online than I ever did when I was physically in class. I really appreciate the embedded structure of the program. Using my classroom makes the work much easier to accomplish and doesn't require that I take time off.

As a single mother with 4 children, I needed a graduate program offered completely on-line. I am being offered high quality courses that I can complete while I am still available for my family. The only down side is that they do not offer scholarships to graduate students. Loans are available through PHEAA.

My graduate program has been exploring all the material that one would need to know in order to excel at this education program. It has been a wonderful experience so far.

Wilkes offers many different graduate education programs - the new middle level education program is exactly what I wanted and the faculty is great - very helpful and they really want you to succeed. I also took the certification program years ago and that was also a great program with amazing teachers.
