I attended the University of Utah for my undergraduate and graduate degrees, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The campus is beautiful year-round, especially in the fall with the mountains as a backdrop. Academically, I found the faculty to be strong in my major (accounting). I am currently in the Masters of Accountancy program at University of Utah. It is a great university and has helped me land the perfect job. If you are looking to get in with a "Big Four" accounting firm, then you have to attend a university that they trust and recruit from. University of Utah will help you get there.

I have experienced the value that I have received through the University of Utah already. Through their recruiting process through Beta Alpha Psi, I was able to secure an audit internship (and after receiving an offer, an actual position) at the CPA firm--Eide Bailly, LLP. This wouldn't be possible without the University of Utah. I'm excited to see the knowledge, benefits, and experiences I will receive after my Masters May of 2016.

The U has put a lot in to new facilities and new technology. They also focused on our main purpose of getting our Masters Degrees- to get a job. From setting aside time to build our networks, to connecting us to recruiters, everyone leaves the Macc at UofU with a great job.
