Instructors make sure you get through the coursework on time with a passing grade. The school has different recourses for studying and financial help if needed. There is a team of people you have to help you throughout your courses. Help is available 24/7 for students!

UMA has been very helpful with being 100% online and providing excellent help . My advisor calls me at the end of every week with encouraging words & motivation . UMA has made my spark and dedication for school return and I will continue to do my best along with the help of UMA’s staff !

This has been the best support system I’ve had as an adult! They made sure I got through the program (fingers crossed, 45 days left!) they helped me during times of grief or hardships. They are the best school I have ever attended and if you want somebody who truly cares this is the school to go to!

After taking and finishing classes for 3 months, the school determined that my high school diploma from Ghana West Africa did not meet U.S. standards. Why does it take so long for a third party to determine that without explanation? The school wasted my time.

Teachers are attentive and always willing to help. Course books are online and easily accessible with the ability to take notes and highlight important information. It’s great to make flash cards and print. Teachers put more than enough information and resources within the course to help keep you on track and feel confident.

Every thing is good. However along with other people talking about the financial aid department is horrible and liars. They don't disburse your money on the date it is due. When you call them it's a run around. Don't really trust them. Other than that

I absolutely love attending UMA. It was one of the best decisions I've made. My student advisors have been great. The Learner Services & Academic Services are so helpful and encouraging. The instructors are wonderful and are willing to help you if you need it. Just gotta reach out.

I love this school it’s very supportive and easy to access. Great instructors and school faculty. Is convenient and works around my busy schedule. I can not wait to see what else is in store attending UMA. This is one of the best schools I’ve chosen.

This school is the WORST SCHOOL. I would never ever recommend anyone going here unless you want to be jipped out of thousands of dollars with a no good degree. This school does nothing but lie to you. They’re very unprofessional and don’t care about you.

This school really does want to see their students graduate in a seed in their career. For the first time I felt in college that I can achieve what I started and I owe that to UMA thank you. The staff and the students are really good at helping and responding. You learn a lot about your classmates and they also cheer you on.

I can honestly say that I have not had one negative experience since I have been at UMA everyone is so kind and helpful and that means a lot for someone like me that’s 40. I have been out of school a long time and the helpfulness from the employees of UMA is phenomenal! Thank you for always being there to help folks like me.

UMA is a great school and the Student Advisors are awesome. They are always available when you need them and help stay on track. They are like friends that call to check in on you from time to time. Great support. Also, the instructors are very helpful. They reply to your emails quickly and help settle your concerns.

At first I was skeptical about going to school strictly online and out of state. But I took the leap! I spoke with Daphne in admissions and she helped set everything up. Financial aid was able to work with me on a payment plan.my instructors have been amazing so far! The support staff is always encouraging! I’m so glad I enrolled with UMA!

They are all so supportive. They’re all the time when you need them. From the moment I started they have been there for me. I love how they are so encouraging and supportive. U have maintained a 4.0 grade point average. Maintained straight A’s. I would recommend this school to anyone.

So far I am having a good experience with UMA. It works great with my busy schedule. Considering I have a 3 year old and a almost 2 week old child I have a lot going on right now but being able to do my schoolwork online makes it so much easier for me.
