I selected a degree Program that allowed me to select the concentration that best fit my professional Area of interest. I was able to build my degree plan. The university Course TUI 101 course work was instrumental in helping me navigate all the programs to make my Course assignments easy to access books, newspapers and periodicals. The assignments and grading system was fair and critique of work was meaningful. Access to professors was surprisingly easy. They were very professional, and gave feedback... Please beware of this institution!! Do not waste your time or money attending this school! They are unorganized and highly unprofessional. They are only after money and they don't care about the wellbeing of their students at all. They are horrible at communicating with you. They are also unaware of their own polices, and they dont adhere to their policies!! The dean who is over the College of Business is rude and unprofessional! She is nasty.. when it comes to giving accurate information, the staff... Read More acts as if they dont know or they give the wrong information. This also leads to frustration and confusion. for example. One staff member in the financial aid department would tell me one thing and then someone would tell me something completely different. Management doesn't hold their staff accountable for none of their unethical behavior. This school is so unorganized and unprofessional. They absolutely do not understand what customer service is at all!

TERRIBLE SCHOOL! - Very bad experience ... twice! The first time was several years ago and was a communication snafu facilitated by all reps being in Military - must have had four reps in the three months I was enrolled. This last time, either through design or incompetence, the portal to class slammed closed on midnight of last day - not just limited to read-only but barred from entering "classroom". I learned about a week later that I had earned an A- in that class, but I was given no feedback... Read More for the last two class projects - nor was I allowed to renter class to copy down "Discussion" posts - of which I was a leader in the class and very prolific. IT was unwilling to help; Instructor was unwilling to help; Customer Service was unable to help; Dean was unwilling to help. The week-long struggle to obtain closure on this created so much stress and anxiety for me that had to drop my then current class. Although it was prior to due date of first project it was apparently not prior to last date to drop - so they called it a Withdrawal and levied a $750 fee. I did not learn about that issue until my transcript request was late getting to my prospective school - two weeks later. Terrible school! Terrible Customer Service and Terrible Curriculum! Their is absolutely no intellectual Property at TUI. Their entire curriculum is based on other scholars' works. The "Projects" consist of terse directions that appeared to be Cut & Pasted from previous projects. Barely intelligible due to their disjointed nature. Terrible School and terrible Online Application. Their Discussion App is very poorly written - they actually said I should write discussions in Word and copy into the app to bypass some of the app's failings - this suggestion came too late. Read the Wikipedia article about their finances - you'll be lucky to graduate before they go under - or they lose their accreditation.
