The school was fine. Some of the professors and advisors were not helpful with the online students. Over all the experience was positive just not useful for me as an older student. I had hoped for a career change but was unable to get a new job. So it was a waste of time and money for me. It is expensive for a state school in my opinion. I am still paying for it.

I attended college at the University of Tennessee at Martin and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there! The atmosphere of being on a smaller scale campus was less intimidating than bigger schools. I enjoyed attending classes for my college major, and I loved how helpful and friendly all the professors were. It was an overall great experience!

Love UTM! One of the best decisions I've ever made. I got very involved with different organizations on campus and that really helped me grow into the person I am now. My advisor is now one of my dear friends, and we still keep in contact. I go back every year, mostly for work, but always get to see some of my old teachers and that is just a testament to how much they truly care about you!

My time at UT Martin obtaining my bachelors in business was such a great time. Making friends and traveling are my fondest memories. During my four years, I participated on the UTM rodeo team. This was very trying being a student athlete and trying to keep up with classes. UT Martin is a small college that has a great reputation. It is a very safe place, and there is always someone to help you! UT Martin has a small hometown feel. The classes are small and the teachers truly care. This is what has... Read More

This school is just amazing. The faculty care-beyond the classroom. They are there every step of the way for you and are never too busy to talk to you. The campus is beautiful. Some buildings are old, but they have new building plans ready and are constructing new buildings currently. The community is not something you'll find everywhere. The Martin community endorses UT Martin like no other. There are so many opportunities, from affordable travel studies to internships with TOP companies in your... Read More

The online program was a nice option. Some professors did not seem to have much experience in the field though.

The best thing about UT Martin is the availability and willingness of professors to answer questions and mentor students. They were NEVER too busy to spend extra time explaining the subject matter.

I love my graduate program. It is designed for working professionals. All professors are very understanding to a working professional's schedule. The material being covered is current and enforces the issues in the field today.

The graduate program at The University of Tennessee-Martin is very dedicated to providing a quality education in such a rural area. The professors want the students, the program, the school, and themselves to be respected. The program is offered as an accredited program, which makes it one of two in our region. The disadvantages are the lack of quality employment for graduate students in the area and on campus. Another disadvantage is the size of the program which results in having a smaller number... I wish more courses would be taught in the classroom rather than online. Overall, I have had a great experience at UT Martin in my undergraduate and graduate career.
