Degree: Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy school does an amazing job preparing its students for careers in the field of Physical Therapy. They care about how their students are doing and make sure that individual learning is optimized for each student. The faculty are experts in their specific fields within PT with leading research and in direct patient care . Because of the clinic on campus faculty are able to have current information in both research and the direct PT to patient interaction.

The University of Montana's doctoral program for profession of physical therapy is one that holds its soon to be professionals to a high standard. The small class size means you get to know people well in your class and others so you're already networking and developing lasting friendships.... Read More

Degree: Physical Therapy

The pros to this program are the quality of education, in state costs, professor knowledge and availability and clinical education program. The cons include current course restructuring that causes some confusion..... will likely be resolved eventually as scheduling is figured out.

This program is geared toward making solid clinicians out of its students. I hear time and time again of the praise UMPT grads receive once they enter the professional world. The program is currently in transition with a change to the scheduling of classes and an ongoing search to fill two professorial positions. So far, the changes have been positive and well received by students.
