I was excited to go back to school and finish my Bachelor’s degree so I decided to attend this college only to be disappointed. These professors do not know what they are doing or knows how to grade anything. They have left me with nothing but anxiety, disappointment, and the feeling of not even wanting to finish my degree and hence the reason why I left. University of Phoenix is so so much better than there. I spent hours and hours researching and researching for my assignments and papers and yet... Read More

I was very dissatisfied with my Ashford experience it seems as though Ashford interested in making money only there communication is horrible and if you need assistance with anything at all don't expect any help from them all they will do is take your money that's it.

I just graduated with a Bachelor's in Behavioral Science. When I first started, my graduation date seemed centuries away, but it got here in no time. Time really flies when you're busy. I must admit, when I decided to take online courses, I was a bit skeptical. I'm what some refer to as "old school," so obtaining a legitimate degree while in the comforts of home seemed a bit ridiculous, not to mention a waste of time and money. Luckily, I opened up my mind, realizing this is the wave of the future,... Read More

Ashford isn't a bad school. However, good luck being able to speak with an advisor. Financial Aid office is basically a joke. Other than that I loved the atmosphere and online classroom settings. The graduation advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as the instructors. For working adults and parents this online atmosphere allows you to gain the knowledge for a career. You do learn!

Before I begin this is just a post so spare me with any comments about misspellings and improper grammar because this is my review and Im not getting graded.(lol) I am coming upon a full year at AU and it has been a difficult, all i do is write papers, but I enjoy every moment of my journey. There are good with the bad and peoples personalities clash and by it being online and your communicating thru emails and such: much can get misconstrued. Isn't that life though? Nobody said it was going to be... Read More

Even though I am a graduate from the online degree program, every advisor I spoke with in the phone genuinely cared about me and my success as an individual. It motivated me to excel and graduate with high honors. Advice I would give to prospecting students would be: if you are thinking about which accredited school to choose, online or on campus, Ashford University is a great choice when it comes to graduation rate and success for those alumni. One thing that really stands out besides the statistics... Read More

THIS IS VERY LONG BUT A MUST-READ IF YOU'RE ACTUALLY CONSIDERING PAYING THESE PEOPLE TO TREAT YOU LIKE A NUMBER IN THE NAME OF "EDUCATION." GOING BACK TO SCHOOL IS HARD ENOUGH. DON'T PAY ASHFORD TO MAKE IT HARDER! I had big dreams when I enrolled in Ashford in February 2013. My admissions advisor, Jn, felt like an old friend; she was encouraging and helpful and supportive. Once I was officially enrolled, she called me incessantly for one week and then I never heard from her again. I went about my... Read More
