Do you want your assignments graded on an assembly line from a part time employee who is not your teacher? Well, at Strayer, that is exactly what they do. It will be hard to find a career with a degree at Strayer University compared to a degree from other institutions. They might be regionally accredited and care about their students, but it ends there. Strayer University is still a for-profit university, and they want your money. I am on my second year at Strayer University. It's being an awesome journey. The online experience has being very rewarding, Strayer's team make you feel like a big part of the family. Advisors are always there for you to guide you and cheer you up when you needed.

Honestly, Strayer was Supposed to be a stepping stone for me. What it ended up being was a change in maturity, attitude and personal growth. From the random e-mail checkins from past Professors to the near weekly calls with my success coach, I found a group of people who heard my story and convinced me that I was worth it. There will be no greater achievement for me than walking across the stage and graduating and proving that I am worth it!

I have attended Strayer University at their PG County campus since 2016. I am a part time student and take one class online and one class on campus a quarter. The staff at my campus seem nice but I generally have issues with understanding instructors due to heavy accents. Foreign accents are a common occurrence in the DC area but it makes it hard to learn course material when you can not understand the words coming from your professor.
