This is the first college that I have applied to that I have felt their purpose was to make sure their students succeeded. They have gone above and beyond when it came to communication which I love. They are always there to answer questions and be of help. Though this is only my first semester, I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The best part about the school is weekly checkins with my advisors. They help with the whole admissions process, transcripts, financial aid, and getting ready for going back to school. The school has plenty of resources like tutoring and payment plans the help as well.

I am currently enrolled and have been planning this process for quite some time. I chose to switch schools several months ago after completing my prerequisites at a local college. During this transition, I had many questions but was provided with help from an admissions counselor Maggie Billhorn. She was exceptional. Even months away from starting classes, she checked in every week and kept me up to date on anything I needed or didn’t need to worry about! Now that I am finally into my classes, the... Read More

I have never been so disappointed in a group of educators. They do not advocate for their students. If anything goes wrong they are quick to throw their hands up and take the easy way out instead of protecting their students. Thankful for local certified instructors at fieldwork who taught me everything I know and ended up landing a very successful job. This experience haunts me and I’m so embarrassed to say I went to school here. Also very disappointed that this is a religious school but yet the... Read More

Jasmine was great to work with! I felt that I never really had to be worried about the process of applying and getting started at St. Kate's. I always enjoyed our weekly calls to check in and make sure we were still on track. I will say the last-minute change in the curriculum was somewhat frustrating, but I'm sure with rolling admissions there is never really a great time.

Before I applied into the OTA program, I was so stressed out because I didnt know if that major really fit me or if I needed to take additional classes to get into the OTA program. When Jasmine Faleatua called and talked to me more about the program, that's when I 100% wanted to get into the program. She called me once every week to make sure I have all my forms ready, and on top of my things. I appreciate all of her help and she made the registration so easy for me.

I’m a 34 year old Mother of two boys with a full time Federal job. My dream job is working with SPED children one on one. St Catherine’s made it possible for me to be able to go back to school. I was nervous at first but the staff went above and beyond to help me succeed. Jasmine F. was amazing and is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, creative, and supportive staff members I worked with. She was always on top of everything that needed to be done to in process so there was never a problem.... Read More

Dealing with Craig Carlson was a great 1st experience in dealing with your school. He was incredibly patient, helpful, prompt at returning my calls, answered all of my questions thoroughly. There is so much paperwork and it’s quite overwhelming and I assure you if Craig wasn’t so outstanding, my comments would be very different.

James Warren was such an amazing mentor in my registration process. I have never felt that I mattered more because of how much attention he pays to his students. He makes sure you succeed in anything you needed and he would keep you in track of everything you needed done.I just can't put into words how amazing this guy is and I've never met the guy, it was just how he treated me as an individual and a student of St.catherines that makes me feel this way.

I am very thankful to the St. Catherine Staff for going above and beyond to help me be a successful student. Jasmine Faletua helped me with every question I had, stayed on track with everything needed in my application, kept me informed of my application status, and she has such a welcoming personality. Chanel Shell helped me get everything done regarding my G.I. bill. Travis Hightower is passionate about being an academic advisor and I look forward to his guidance. I love St.Catherine University. I enjoy the high quality instruction I have been learning from my professors. The classes are well rounded and will help me remember to reflect on giving my patients the best care possible once I start my career as an OTA.

My admission counselor was amazing. Scott Grimes, informed me with every detail and coach me step by step until the end. He made the process smooth and easy to understand. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in the OTA program. So far, I'm extremely happy to be part of the program.

I just started summer of 2021. So far I love online learning, and my professors had made it really easy to understand what is expected of me. I was nervous about communication, but so far I have not had any communication challenges. My admission experience was wonderful, and I fortunately got to work with Jasmine. She was very informative and really explained the process well and kept me on track. I am excited to see where my education at St. Catherine's takes me.

Not only have we yet to hear about graduation ceremony or if we’re getting one at all, but there has been a complete lack of communication throughout this entire program. The professors and advisors paint a pretty picture and when you go in for questions, they are no help at all. Very confusing to get anything done when it comes to level II fieldwork. Not to mention the price of this school is beyond expensive. Please don’t waste your time or money.

I can attest to all the reviews on here for the online OTA program with the lack of support, miscommunication (or lack of communication), the nonsensical academic advisors that cannot actually help with anything (who I swear just read from a script, much like tellamarketers), the outrageous tuition fees, the ridiculous in-person lab requirements, and the field placement chaos. It clearly states in their policy that we are to be placed no latter than 6 weeks prior to our start of interning, yet they... Read More

Please be aware of this school. It is very expensive and offers little in return. Professor support is lacking and there were times, I was graded on material that was not even taught yet. Self-learning through YouTube is how I spent most of my time. I have a B.S. degree and thoroughly love the field of occupational therapy, when entering this school my excitement was quickly doused and soon realized a love of the field and the love of learning did not fuel this school. It works off the model of how... Read More
