While I interacted with some wonderful individual faculty, the overall rigor was severely lacking. Ultimately, I felt that the educational environment did me a disservice. I wish I had had someone who could have spoken up about the problems I clearly was encountering. I was a straight-A student, yet my main instructor hindered me to a concerning degree.

The school was great to work with from application to graduation. They communicated quickly and was responsive to any needs that I had. Using Canvas was a good platform and was easy to navigate. My one suggestion for improvement is the graduation ceremony. It's pretty much a walkthrough with where you lineup elsewhere, walk the stage, and go out another door. That's it. I recommend more of a ceremony.

Do not recommend going into Early Childhood Education, the pre-k practicum is a joke and you will not learn much. I would stick to elementary education at Pitt or find a different school for early childhood programs. You will have better luck learning on Pinterest and in a real classroom

I would highly recommend Pittsburg State University to anyone who is seeking an MBA. The professors are excellent. While I did find this program quite challenging at times, it is definitely worth the investment. Whether you are majoring in international business, human resources, or accounting I would suggest the school.

This program focus on modern construction technologies such as computer estimating and scheduling, digital layout using laser/GPS through the use of real-world construction laboratories. Use of Construction equipment simulator is also included in it.

Pitt State is the place to go if you want to be the best nurse you can be. I was thoroughly prepared to pass boards and work in a current, up to date environment.

The MSN program made me feel prepared going into my first job as a healthcare provider. I think that this is quality education that is not overpriced, with great team of instructors that are involved and helpful in making you succeed. I would recommend this program to anyone that is thinking about going on for their MSN.

Fantastic professors and small class sizes. There really isn't much else to say.

Pros: great school with relatively cheap tuition by comparison, great faculty, program is entirely online Cons: only a select few faculty teaching courses so if you don't like one or two professors you are stuck with them for the entire program with no other options; parking is terrible

I love my graduate program in career and technical education. The instructors are awesome and are always willing to help.

It has a very limited use. However, it is quite useful for those looking to gain research experience and further their education.

My graduate program provides the most professional, educated, and supporting faculty which facilitates the excellent education I am receiving. Because it is a smaller program, faculty are always available in any capacity and networking amongst other students is effortless. The single negative aspect is, due to my own choosing, I must commute from a neighboring town.

Workload is difficult for educators employed full-time. Financial aid is not available for non traditional , 4.0 students that do not qualify for income based financial aid. Online courses do not support superior collaboration or networking with peers. Few effective networking for career opportunities are available. The program has great professors and tremendous learning opportunities depending on the time and effort the student is willing to invest.

This is a very strong Counseling and Psychology department. The school as a whole has very strong academic and athletic qualities.
