Good learning environment, helpful staff members, professional

The cost of the school and the cost of living in California is expensive but it is a fairly good program and I am learning a lot.

The professors, faculty and students are all very helpful and welcoming. One is able to find the help that one needs rather quickly. One feels very welcomed and feels that one can find help by simply asking. Although reaching out is easy on campus, it is a bit difficult to find housing for a reasonable price in the area. There is no housing on campus which leaves one on their own to find housing in the city or surrounding areas. The Bay Area is a very expensive place to live.

Good name in the professional world but the program costs so much.

Palo Alto has a wonderful program, the only drawback is that it is really expensive and there is not a lot of financial aid.

This is a wonderful and prestigious program that more than adequately trains the students that study there.

Great faculty, APA accredited, program really works hard to support you. The different tracks are terrific. Cons: high tuition, not yet well recognized.

Pros: Nice location, great faculty and great education. Cons: Price of school, lack of financial aid, and constantly changing courses and requirements.

The Clinical Psychology program at PAU(formerly Pacific Graduate School of Psychology) is a highly well-rounded academic/professional program that effectively trains students as informed (scientist-practitioner) Psychologists. The only setback to the program is the cost of the program.

I think the faculty and staff are the strong points of PAU. They really take an interest in your academic success and in your future. They are a varied group of scientist/practitioners that bring real world experience in to the classroom. That is invaluable. They embrace technology, but haven't worked out all the bugs yet. But for a smaller private school they do a good job of responding when technology doesn't hit the expected mark.
