Don't go to this school!!!! Check around about credit hour prices, trust me you'll be surprised. I made it all through the RN course accepted into the class made it halfway through there they told me that my loans had ran out and I did not qualify for anything else unless I paid cash I couldn't do that they found a reason to kick me out so all that you do is call financial adie and ask them about credit hour prices and do call about 5 of them and compare prices you'll see a big difference and then... Being your non-traditional school it is important to take your studies as seriously as any other college or university. If you put in the effort and do your studying you can gain a great deal of insight in your field. With my major being Nursing the instructors as well as advisors/financial aids/other staff are willing to help you out with obtaining information you need. This was a hard program to get through. I definitely think the teachers care that you become a great nurse. The clinical instructors however all need to be replaced. A clinical instructor who falls asleep at clinicals should be fired,not given another chance. Teachers should not be hired just because they are friends with management. Financial aid will continuously mess things up over and over. They can't get anything right. If it wasn't for those few teachers that really cared about their students... Read More

Enjoy my experience so far. I had some trouble at first with financial aide but they really helped me and I was able to get everything squared away. Can't wait to finish my degree with this university. You have to be mature if you enter college some of these peoples reviews are from children.

I wish I could write an amazing review and up a few months ago I could have at least issued 3 or 4 stars for each catagory based on my experience. I now understand why NAU has the reputation for being a joke of a school. If you are a potential student, please look elsewhere as you will not receive a good education at NAU.
