Lynn University was an exceptional college for me. It allowed me to learn and actually grow more as a person through my 5 years of studies. I started in 2017, and eventually graduated with a Major in 3D Animation. I started college very timid and shy, and this school helped bring my socializing skills to a level I thought never attainable. It is however important to respect and honor the academics that the school has left me with. Lynn University is a communications specializing school with many... Read More
It was truly wonderful giving back to this world, and in the process, learning to socialize with my peers more effectively. This school taught me much in regards to history, philosophy, ethics, art, business, and finances, and I am thankful that the other courses based on traditional studies like finances were also teaching the most important educational lessons that every college student needs to learn. If I do have one critique however, while learning statistics, and a few other math courses like algebra I and II, not any of them mentioned examples or lessons on taxes or personal bills, and that was something I still had to learn on my own after college. I think every school, even highschools should prepare their students for the real world, and the financial implications behind it. Regardless, a lot of my art professors were super helpful teaching us animation courses, art theory and technique assistance. I learned how to create game worlds in Unreal Engine 4, and it was a blast creating a functional actual video game as a final project. I'll never forget our maya projects of modeling, animation, or the game creation aspects. So much of it was fun, it barely felt like college. If I ever gain the extra income and time I'd like, maybe one day I will return to it.

This school should be shut down. They offered me a 22,000 dollar scholarship, then proceeded to withdraw me without my knowledge when I hadn’t yet attended any classes, not issue a refund for tuition, cancel my scholarship and are now trying to say I owe money. I’m fighting this and may be getting a lawyer because this is outrageous.

Lynn University is a prestigious private school in South Florida. It has a fairly good acceptance rate and accepts students based on their capabilities and transcripts. They give everyone a chance to become better than They might have been in high school. Most professors are highly reliable, friendly, and respectful of others and their opinions. The only downside to Lynn University is its cost, especially for international students. If you want to go to Lynn, make sure to get your scholarships and... Read More

PLEASE do not spend your money at this school. I assure you that it's not worth it. Of course, if you can go for free (which I think is not possible), then there's no problem. Otherwise, you should avoid Lynn at all costs. It's just a waste of time and money. The financial aid and scholarships suck. I'm worried that many international students apply here since it's easy to get in, but the amount of money required to attend the university is crazy compared to what the degree is worth. Is a decent... Read More

Fellow veterans, do NOT attend this school. Apparently they favor international students who are not even US citizens over veterans. Lynn was allowing international students online learning due to CONVID but they would not approve me because I moved.

go here is you want people to laugh behind your back at job interviews. Although, chances are if you went here you probably wouldn’t need to interview for a job anyway - you’ll just take over your dads business - in the same way the the dean of the school took over for his father (who was at that time the highest paid president of any university). Seriously, someone needs to check into the finances of this place in a serious way... It would be nice to say you get what you pay for but that’s not true..... Read More

Lynn is a smaller school with a beautiful tropical campus and plenty International students from all over the world. The quality of instruction is top notch and the professors office hours allow for you to have questions or issues addressed. Great school but very expensive. Look for opportunities for financial help.

My time at Lynn University has been breath taking. I enjoyed networking and collaborating with fellow students along the way. The professors are very supportive here. It's sad that my time here has come to an end. The time here flies by, so enjoy your time and be active.

I was a transfer student from a for profit school (I know I know). Lynn University accepted all of my credits and gave me the true school experience without having to go to the campus (which is gorgeous by the way). The admissions specialists are very efficient and knowledgeable and FRIENDLY!!! I highly recommend this school.

The pros of my graduate program are; Higher level of education and Knowledge, use of technology in the classes, high level of support from teachers and staff members at Lynn University. The cons of my Graduate program will be the cost of the tuition, the lack of social life because of my busy schedule and lack of financial aid for Grad students.

The graduate program at Lynn has many virtues and flaws. Some faculty are well rounded and professionals at every level. Others are brilliant and experienced but not suited for teaching at a graduate level. At the end of the day, it's up to the student to also make the best of their education.

Great networking opportunities. Diverse and international population. Professors are mostly available and flexible with hours should there be any questions. Small, close knit community.
