I had a great experience studying online at Houghton. The structure is a great fit for adults working full-time and the course options are well-rounded. The admissions staff and professors are very kind and helpful. They have your best interest in mind and provide a quality service and the academic standards are high.

I loved going to Houghton, and the art program was phenomenal. If you are considering Houghton, just remember that it is a Christian college, so there are rules, such as dorm restrictions on opposite sex visitors and no alcohol. Going to Houghton open many doors for me since graduating. I was a part of one of their accelerated adult programs which was geared towards working adults. Class times were once a week after normal work hours which was extremely important. The professors are all very professional and very knowledgeable on the courses they were teaching. It was a great experience.

Houghton College was an absolute joy to be a part of for my undergraduate career. Great small school with great teachers. The "community" feel from such a small school is what sold it for me. Although conservative in their views, Houghton helps you expand both in your education and beliefs about the world.
