Hofstra University

The health care administration program at Hofstra University is a very good one. The faculty is well trained and has a lot of experience in the field. They are also very inviting and provide a lot of career advice. The classes are also very good and interesting and students learn a lot about real-life situations. I encourage this program to anyone looking to have a career in health administration.

Some questions were irrelevant to me because it is off-site program so I am not taking classes at main campus. Pros: Most classes within the program are online. This helps me because I am a full-time employee working 9-5 hours. One day of night classes which is in close proximity to my work place. This program seems to be designed for working professionals within the area. Cons: Hard to walk-in and talk to an advisor for financial and academic help since the main campus is located further away.

Hofstra's Health Care Administration program is one of the best in the country and I feel very honored to be learning in the school. The school is composed of very intelligent and approachable faculty, and the learning experience is invaluable.

The Hofstra Master's in Health Administration program prepare you for a future in Health Administration. It is geared to ultimately provide you with internship, fellowship and networking opportunities in the field. The experiential learning approach provides you with real world experience. The end result still requires the student to ensure that he/she makes the most out of the networking and learning with the graduate program.
