Some aspects of this school I would like to mention, especially in regards to the engineering programs. They will advertise to you hands on experience, but then you will be told the technology isn't available for student use. You are permitted to use breadboards to build very basic circuits, but when it comes to PLC and robotics training those items are off limits. They will charge you $2.8k per semester for room and board, yet neither are made available. During my time at this school, it has been... Read More

ECPI was a perfect fit for my post retirement and kick off into a new career field. Having the degree from ECPI propelled me into a much higher pay scale and enhanced my military experience. The school worked diligently in providing everything I needed to assist me on this endeavor.

I’ve attended and graduated from online schools before but this is pathetic. Multiple external links. Idiotic professors, complete garbage. I can’t believe the VA endorses this garbage. I’m leaving and if you choose to attend, best wishes. I learned about feelings in my engineering curriculum.

This is an accelerated online curriculum. Many negative reviews come from those not prepared for the time, effort, and responsibility that requires. I transferred a few credits and completed my B.S. EET in a little under two years. The accelerated program will put a strain on your personal/social life regardless of your situation, but I have a wife and three children under 11 years old, a 50+ hour a week job and can serve as proof that it can be accomplished. The professors will not drag you in to... Read More

Honestly, it's a surprisingly phenomenal school. I was expecting a degree mill, but absolutely not. I work at my own pace and have all the tools I could possibly need to succeed. I highly recommend their engineering programs if you are looking for an affordable school where you will actually learn and be challenged. I have learned more here in 2 semesters than I have at any traditional school I have been to. Be prepared for hard work, and self-discipline. That one kid that's talking about easy classes,... Do not listen to the bad reviews. The vast majority of the bad reviews are from students who, apparently, couldn't handle the accelerated work load or, in some cases, just aren't smart enough for college. One fellow gave a bad rating, because he failed his ex-tern-ship 3 times, and the school gave him the boot with no degree. Seriously, he was lucky he got three chances. Here is a quote from another review, "Out of my 2 year Associates program, for the first year I wasn't taught anything relevant.... Read More

I have been in many school in and out of the military and I can normally grasp a concept quickly. With these online classes it is mostly just read these 2 chapters and answer these questions. For the majority of my classes I would forget the information just after reading it. There were no work sheets or practical use training, and on several occasions the information in the quizzes was not in the reading or the lectures. There were also ridiculous assignments like write a 3 page paper on a concept... Read More
