This is the worst school I've been to, It all started when they sweet talk to you about how fast easy it is to finish. It was great at the beginning, however the problem came when they assure me I would get financial grants. I hesitated to sign up to classes, but they assure me it wouldn't be a problem. Turns out I got my grants deny, something that wasn't their fault, but I told them from the beginning that I wanted to make sure I would get the grants. This school under my impression only cares... At first, things were fine aside from some of the outdated materials that some of the courses had (seriously, why would we need to code anything entirely in Assembly language? Also, nobody would use those Freescale microcontrollers considering things such as the Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi.), but then on my third year (which was supposed to be my final year), it was pretty obvious that my campus was having money problems. I attended DeVry University for a Bacherlor's of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology starting in 2010, and graduated in 2013. I personally tend to be a student who doesn't require a lot of interaction or support from the instructors. In general I found the curriculum to be fairly rigorous, and well suited for students who had an interest in finishing their undergraduate degree... Read More

My career has been dynamic and prosperous with a number of very challenging executive roles with some of the worlds premier companies and clients across many industries. An interesting demographic from my graduating class is that I am one of several who have performed at or above my current level and income. My undergraduate career spanned 11 years, included 7 different majors, while attending a series of 7 different... Read More

My Initial 4 weeks were rough, but the Dean along with her staff were very supportive when life throws a curve ball at you. Through out the entire 8 weeks, which is fast paced, to succeed you need a daily routine. Follow the guidelines in detail, ask questions if necessary, developing your own routine because only you know you. The professors at DeVry will work with you and always remember that communication goes both ways. The professors teaching Technical writing and Business and Technology exceeded... Read More
