Degree: Care Management

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. As someone who was granted free tuition due to significant financial hardship, I was incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend this institution. I believed it was a place that truly cared about its students and mission.
However, I feel completely backstabbed. After enrolling, I was informed about a "Spiritual Formation" fee of $100 that was never mentioned during the application or enrollment process. This feels like a bait-and-switch.... Read More

College is some of the best years of your life. You make lifelong friends, are exposed to people from different backgrounds and learn about yourself. It is the perfect place to transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Degree: Ministry

Dallas Theological Seminary is the only seminary in the United States that studies all sixty-six books of the bible. The faculty is an excellent representation of the all walks of life. From women professors, men professors, old and younger, it is a excellent school of choice for anyone wanting to learn more about the scriptures. The advising team is very helpful and always there to help, along with the financial aid office. They have a library that is second to none with individual booths for Ph.... Read More

I have loved being a part of Dallas Theological Seminary. I love the professors and aids and I am so thankful to be at this school. Everyone has been so helpful and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to go to a school that promotes so much more Jan just academic success!

This program is an answer for Latin American church leaders who are looking for good training, in Spanish, and cheap. It is a high quality program designed with the same standard that the English school, but it is in our own language. Professors are strongly qualified to teach through online classes

Degree: Ministry

Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) rocks. It is focused on the study of Scripture and is equipping me to teach it. They inspire and encourage deep discipleship to grow while studying. The depth of knowledge gained is awesome and helps immensely with personal walk in faith and will help future ministry.

Degree: Counseling

Dallas Theological Seminary is an excellent choice for pursuing higher education in the field of Counseling. The training I received prepared me for work in the field of Counseling in a private setting or within a church. I would highly recommend DTS for any future students interested in an integrated faith based program founded on the Scriptures.

Dallas offers a great opportunity to network with other students as well as to study the Word of God. It prepared me for additional studies as well as an opportunity to enter vocational ministry.

I enjoyed my tenure at DTS, just had a difficult time getting help from the graduate assistants who would grade your work, very poor response and arrogance.

DTS has some of the best and brightest on faculty. I am astounded at how often I find many of them writing in some of the major publications around the world addressing the theological issues we face today. The education is superb and as good as it gets. The challenge for any believer attending is to lose sight of the goal of this education - a deeper relationship with the Lord. It is easy to slip into a routine and treat the Bible as more of a textbook than the means by which we come to know God... Read More

It's best program if you really want to learn how to read and interpret the Bible. However, it is somewhat too long.

Degree: Biblical Studies

Having had experience with another seminary, I feel that Dallas Theological is the top of the line when it comes to committed training in Biblical exposition. Their convicted stance on the Bible being the inspired Word of God is an encouraging foundation from which students will glean wisdom and insight into Scripture. It is highly academic and exceptionally useful in the aims of its education. There are few schools, if any, that I would consider as superior in this regard. The drawback to such an... Read More

Its a small campus in the middle of the city of Dallas. Dallas has an excellent transportation system. There is a nice park right down the street from the campus. There is some crime in the area and the campus police have done everything they can to make sure students are safe. The campus is well maintained. I take some classes on line and the system is very easy to use. The website can be accessed in any language. The school provides activities for students and I have attended various social functions... Read More
