I am very pleased with the school and have found many friendly and helpful staff members willing to help with whatever I need. Staff is always available for questions and really take initiative to make you feel welcomed and important. The other students are always very friendly and have always extended a helping hand as well.

It is a very religious focused patient school that gives a great deal of allowances and understanding, they are are not as particular in the grading process as state universities and offer a variety of scheduling choices.

DBU is a great school to pursue your passion no matter your age or race. DBU has a wonderful international student program and I have met many students from other countries and have learned about their culture and how they see Christ just like you and me. DBU is a place where you can be yourself and learn about God along the way!

This program is an in depth study that allows an individual to understand the human mind. Overall the degree is straight forward. The professors are helpful and the classes are interesting. The classes are at night and allow a day time job. The only downside to DBU is the cost of the private school.

Potential student BEWARE!!! This is not a good place to get post-bachelor teacher certification or bachelor's in education. Instructors do not know how to operate Taskstream program, and did not train students how to use program but will dock students grades. The Taskstream program changes monthly causing confusion creating lesson plans. Received inaccurate information about TEKS in a mandatory lesson plan seminar held by department heads. The pros for the graduate program are the commitment of the staff to go above and beyond to make your educational experience successful and full-filling, the lower student-to-teacher ratios make it easier to get one-on-one instruction if needed, and a strong emphasis on using your educational talents to serve the community. The cons are the accessibility to the building and the extra imposed fees.

Dallas Baptist University's graduate program is one of the best. The professors are outstanding. I have not had one that I wished I didn't. The main campus is beautiful. All of the students are really nice and non-judgmental. There are activities and clubs for everyone. The graduate program is tough but worth it. Everything is great. The only con is the cost.

I could not be happier with my experience thus far in the online MBA program. The professors and faculty go above and beyond to create a healthy environment of learning. The professors are always there to answer questions and give beneficial feedback and comments and students are encouraged to ask questions and learn from one another. This college wants the best for all their students and their future. It may come with private school tuition costs, but it is far worth the investment.

It is a great program, teachers are well prepared and environment is very welcoming. I love it, if I would choose a con would only be that the classes are at night and I am a day person, and also I have kids, so I would rather have the option to study during the day. But since it is only one day a week it is not that strangeous.

I love the responsiveness of the staff and facility in the Masters of Counseling Program at DBU. I have instant access to my adviser and every department I have worked with from financial aid to placement testing have exceeded my expectations for their professionalism and willingness to help me succeed. The only con that I have about the program is that I would love to have classes in the daytime. Since I am an adult student, I would love to go to class while my children are in school.
