Thus far I have had nothing but positive experiences while being an online student at BU. The classes are arraigned so that the following class materials build off the previous materials working to reinforce the theories and learning objectives. The teachers are practicing attorneys in different areas of law, so each one has their expertise to further help you as the student to understand the material with real life scenarios. It is made for you to learn successfully. I enjoy the on-line engagement on YellowDig. At first, I really felt it was not useful, however at this point it is a place to learn from other classmates, and to discuss theories, and share helpful hints. Now I do not miss a Wednesday All Staff nor the Thursday Paralegal club meetings. So very informative and a leap above the other schools!

One thing that I am noticing about Bryan is that the Instructors Care! They not only ask if you need help just cause it's part of there job, but they do it with enthusiasm. They actually want to help there students if they are the A + students or the D Students (Only Cause I missed a couple weeks) they Listen to what I have to say and give guidance to not only help where they can but they offer suggestions where other staff can help just as much, plus they respect there students feelings and what... I feel that this University has a lot of improvements to make. They hire teachers who are not knowledgeable of the programs/work that is being given to us. I even had a teacher who gave the wrong answer when I asked a question on an assignment, which told me she had not even looked at the assignment. Students are paying for this and deserve teachers who are knowledgeable about the work and that can teach them. Teachers came to the live sessions looking like they just rolled out of bed. In the entire 11-month program, I felt we only had two teachers that actually were capable of teaching and who were actually engaging during the live sessions. There were many teachers that were unresponsive too. When you emailed with questions on assignments, you never knew when/if you would hear back from them.

I love my school. Bryan University is amazing. I was worried about starting an online school because I felt I may not have the same resources as if I had attended school in person. She has had such a hard time online, Shes actually had to switch to a bit of a hybrid and going in person sometimes so she can actually try to find a teacher to help her. She and her classmates have had to create a study group and teach themselves because they just do not get the instruction they need and deserve. I am so grateful that I chose Bryan University, they are not in my state so going in person would not have been an option for me but going through this experience with them I do not feel alone at all. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive, and I am so thankful I made the decision to come here.

Well I enjoyed my experience here at Bryan I can't complain. Honestly feel that maybe I should retake this course if I am going to be in the HIM profession I would want to be more confident in and with myself moving on.
