I started this program about 2 months before the Covid 19 pandemic, and I just completed it. I took off quite a bit of time in-between. Everyone was so accommodating. This was such a great program, it got me back to writing papers, something I hadn't done in over 25 years, since that's the last time I was in school. Read More an A. The instructor was amazing. I was able to use a lot of what was going on in the pandemic during my program as well. I have to say if they offered a FNP program, this would have been my choice in school. However they do not, but my goal is to return and do the DNP program.

This is the worst school ever!!!!! Potential students beware. This school will answer your calls when they need you and your money and that's it. When you need help with any other thing when you become a student, you will never get that help. I applied for a transcript since last week, got an email that I have a financial hold on my account which I know I don't know them that amount (another bad thing they do is impose bogus and unnecessary charges on your account). i was never informed or received... When you get a live person on phone, they will transfer you to the bursar's office that nobody ever ever ever pick the phone even while I was in that school. Please choose your school wisely. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECOMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYBODY!!!!!!. A school you have to plead for your transcript?. Please this is one of the most stressful schools I have ever been to. I graduated from the RN-BSN program in December 2021. It was hard! I did two classes at a time for 13 months. I was typing papers and answering discussion questions every single weekend for 13 months. Was it worth it? Yes it was. My professors were awesome, as well as my advisor Fred. If I had questions about assignments I reached out to him. He promptly returned calls and emails. I had high anxiety for 13 months but it was well worth it. I feel as though I'm a better prepared nurse today, even though... Read More I've been an RN for over 20 years! I enjoyed all of the classes that I was required to take. I took away so much knowledge from each class with the work required, as well as the discussions. It was fun learning how other nurses across the country balance work, life and school just like myself. I would recommend Aspen University RN-BSN program to other nurses and friends!

This has been very straight forward college experience. Classes and instructors well thought, professors very attentive and quick with their grading and responses to any questions. Format was pretty straight forward, discussion post every Thursday, two responses to peers DQ every Sunday and Monday the main assignment. I began my journey at Aspen University in May 2021 striving to obtain my BSN in Nursing. The entire program is very doable, and the professors are knowledgeable and very responsive. The program definitely encourages self-learning and makes sure proper time management is utilized. I continued working full time in a busy acute care hospital while juggling my personal responsibilities of caring for my wife and daughter all while attending the program. I learned a great deal about nursing theory, nursing... Read More research, and informatics that I did learn in my ASN program. I have gained so much knowledge and a much better understanding of the history as well as the future of nursing. The out-of-pocket payment plan is fair, and it is difficult to get so much bang for your buck at any other online program! Obtaining my BSN is a steppingstone for my future dream of becoming a nurse practitioner. Thanks to Aspen I will be starting my FNP program this fall (August 2022)! So thankful to the university and the great staff that made this possible!

This is an entirely online course, and if you just need a bachelor's degree and can handle a lot of writing, it's a course you can do. The course is completely self-learning. when I graduate, I will be thankful for Google instead of my professor. The professors here basically copy and paste the syllabus no matter what you ask. Although there are one-on-one advisors, they can't help you much. I still remember one of my courses, half of the people dropped out after the first week. This is not a good... The RN to BSN online program basically has you teaching yourself as there is no class, just papers and PowerPoint assignments every week. The course is set up to make it easy to find your weekly module discussions and assignments. They have a library to use online to find journal articles for your assignments. This is a lot of work but i followed their "take 1 module at a time" advice. I work full time and have kids, but I made it work. The instructors are fair. I feel i learned a lot about the culture...
