I see a lot of comments on inability to transfer credits. I am currently in the process of transferring my completed AA to ECPI university for a medical associates program and the school has an actual list of credits they will accepts from Ashworth which just so happen to be the core prerequisite classes pre-program. I love that it was self paced. this really allowed me to handle going back to school after a long time, in my own way. The price is unbeatable! If you do want to transfer it might not... Read More

So I read reviews before I enrolled in this school. Some were good. Some were bad. Some were awful enough to make me wonder if I should rethink my decision. I started my classes on the 6th of this month (December). It is now the 14th and I am pretty much done with two of my classes. I have two assignments left to turn in for both classes. I actually could have already been done with the assignments, but I have a newborn so I decided to take a break from doing school work for a second just to clear... Read More

Steer clear of Ashworth College. The President/CEO of the school doesn't even have his doctorate or Ph.D. The "tutors" aren't actually educators at all. The tuition is cheap because your getting a cheap education. Outdated textbooks, easy quizzes, and no contact with your professor (class act, right?). You know what I found interesting - it seems that the schools marketing department spends a lot of time on this website reading these posts. I doubt state universities are paying their employees to... Read More

This program worked well for me. It allowed me to enter the corporate workforce and I am now running my own successful business. Like most things, it is what you make it.

I work full time, 50-60 hours a week. Needless to say, with my schedule it would have been difficult for me to attend a traditional college. I love the fact that Ashworth College allows me to work at my own pace and on my time and not to a predetermined schedule. This is really the only way possible that I could attend college. This is the Only college I found that was this flexible and I researched a Lot before deciding on Ashworth. The courses are challenging, the study material is spot on, and... Read More

I just recently graduate from Ashworth College in AS General Business. The payment plan was great. I was able to get my fourth semester free but you will have to pay for all three semester before enrolling in the fourth semester. All the books are included in tuition which made this great. Southwestern College is a regional college which accept credits from Ashworth College. I hope this help.

I am working on my general studies degree with Ashworth. At the same time I was accepted into the bachelors degree program in business adm at King College which is a private owned christian college. I go once a week on campus and I will earn my BBA in 16 months. They accepted all of ashworths credits and it saved me alot of money since I do not qualify for financial aid. If any of you are interested the college has online programs also and they will accept your ashworth credits.

The downside is the customer service is not that great if something complicated comes up. And some of the books were VERY old. I had a math book that had tax law from 1998..they really need to update their stuff..but I have been getting mosty books from 2010 so Im good.
