Avoid this university at all costs. I transferred here with a masters degree to pursue my PhD and so far I have wasted the first year taking masters degree level classes with a mix of masters degree students in my classes. It feels like you are being ripped off most of the time. The scheduling of the classes are also horrible, you cannot set or choose your own time or schedule. You have to do everything their way, and their convenience. If you work full-time beware, you will have to work part-time... Read More or not work at all in order to pass your classes with a good mark because they do not care about your work schedule. It has been incredibly difficult working and pursuing this degree at this school. If I could go back in time I would not have applied to this university, and would have pursued my PhD with my previous graduate school I got my masters degree from. I do not recommend this university to anyone. Apply at your own risk.

I'm currently a Ph.D student in the Organizational Psychology program graduating in 2017. This school is truly amazing because the professors really know how to provide material and readings that are related to real world situations. It is a very applied program where you will learn how to handle several situations in the real world. The professors provide the students with cases that challenge our brains and require critical thinking. The professors in this program are extremely talented and know... The only con I have is that the tuition is somewhat expensive, but if you can surpass that I would highly recommend attending this school for this program.

There are many positive aspects to the PhD in Clinical Psychology program at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. The pros of attending this program are that you receive great support, mentorship, and guidance from faculty and staff, the student population is very diverse, the program is challenging, the LA campus is beautiful, and there is a good balance between clinical and research focus. Overall, I would highly recommend the PhD in Clinical Psychology program at CSPP to any student pursuing a higher education.

I had a lot of doubt when I first applied for the program, went through in the interview process, and even when considering accepting the offer for matriculation. All my doubts melted away on the first week of school. I love it and I feel that the school is setting me up for success. The faculty is amazing, knowledgeable, and supportive.
