Dr. St. Pierre is employed at the University of Maine at Augusta as an Assistant Professor of Mental Health and Human Services and the Academic Coordinator of their undergraduate and graduate programs. Prior to entering full-time teaching, she worked as a licensed clinical social worker in Maine for over twenty years. Her roles have included program manager for a tobacco cessation program, mental health case manager, and case management supervisor for homeless youth and children in the custody of the state.

Dr. Amber Williams is the inaugural vice provost for Student Success at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Through the development, implementation, and evaluation of student success initiatives, Dr. Williams works to retain and graduate a talented and diverse student group. She received her master’s degree in leadership education and doctorate in education and leadership studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Dr. Amy Young earned her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, and is currently a Professor of Communication and Chair of the Department of Communication at Pacific Lutheran University. Her research interests are in the ways experts use rhetorical style to connect with non-expert public audiences to solve social, cultural, and political problems.
