Read More my last 6 years with Troy (Of which I am beginning Graduate Work) you cannot find quick resolution. My wife on the other hand (Working her Undergrad at Troy, previous military), is having a hard time, and the school counsellors she uses are not even remotely the same quality. Her instructors (For the most part) show no leniancy to the fact that we are a military family and have, for the last 8 years, been stationed at remote locations (Marshall Islands, Guam, etc). This is unacceptable for post-secondary education in which the purpose is an education and the delivery is via Book-Code, with next to no interaction with staff. Mandatory usage of Books through their store is an absolute scam; We are students... books are not "Add-on" content to tuition. If you want to charge for the books and lab, then the teachers need to teach the book, not some online labwork which is occasionally reviewed.
All and all Troy is a diamond in the rough. Great teachers and students. The football team is doing great things once again and I could see them upgrade conferences if they continue to do so.
